 How often we forget the simple things in life. We get so caught up in the craziness of the day and our lives that we forget to look at the simple things in life. The simple things in life show us that God is all around us and with us always.  Whether people want to believe that or not, I can't speak for others, but only for myself and things that happen in my family. Just last week, I was driving, I had my 15 year old and my 5 year old daughters with me. We were on our way to a doctor's appointment. I drive a minivan, a pickup truck decided to jet right past his stop sign and go right in front of me full force. Now I have been in accidents before, and the majority of the time there is always that screech of tires right before the actual crash, that screech was there, and everything seemed to go into slow motion, the crash didn't happen. We were so incredibly lucky. At the speed the truck was going, and myself, we would have hit his gas tank for sure. As the near miss h
